Exhibitions in 2014
17/01/2014
2013 was an extremely busy year, as I held two solo shows. The first was at the Chris Beetles Gallery in London, and the second at Thomas Dutoit Gallery in Switzerland.
As a remedy to 2013, a hectic year, I have given myself some time to develop a new body of work. I have been fabricating some scupltures and starting new works which have been in the back of my head. I will also have time to catch up with some of my private commissions.
The Chris Beetles Gallery have asked me to create 10 new paintings for their summer show, so that will also keep me busy.
During the weekend of 5th-6th July, I will take part in the Skipton Open studio, so you will be able to visit my studio and see the new paintings and sculptures.
The Eric Young Orchid Foundation have asked me to create a scuplture as a trophy for the Royal Horticultaral Society. I will make an orchid seed, which in real life is microscopic. There will be 20 small versions and 3 large ones. One of the large trophies will be donated to the RHS collection.
Finally, towards the end of the year I will hold a solo show in Jersey, but I haven't decided where or exactly when, yet. The details will follow.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss any projects or simply visit my studio.
